Ocean
Surf Resort Policy
 • All rates are based on double occupancy.
• Extra adult is $30 per night and child over 3 years is $20 per night.
• 50% non-refundable deposit on the total amount is required towards all reservations.
• Reservations are commitment for full period requested.
• No refunds for early departure, bad weather, or any emergency.
• No refunds, credits or changes are accepted 3 weeks prior to arrival.
• Rates are subject to change without notice.
• All rates are subject to 6% room service charge.
• Rates quoted are excluding local and state taxes and room maintenance.
• Cancellations are subject to $100 service charge.
• All deposits must be received within 14 days after initial booking.
• You must be 23 years or older to check in.
• Only registered guests may use our facilities.
• No lifeguard on duty. All children under 16 years to be supervised by parents/adults at all times in the pool.
• Check-in time is 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am. Late check-out without permission will be charged 1/2 day rate.
• No smoking. No pets allowed.
• Office hours are 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.
• We accept Visa, Mastercad and Discover card only.
